We’re looking for a talented web designer to create high-converting landing pages for both Native Advertising and Paid Ads Funnels (e.g. Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook). For Native Ads, the landing pages need to blend seamlessly into editorial-like environments – they should feel content-driven, credible, and subtly persuasive, aligned with the narrative style of the ad placement. For Paid Ads, we need landing pages optimized for direct conversions, following a more performance-oriented structure. The ability to adapt layout, messaging, and visual tone for different acquisition channels is essential. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing modular, responsive landing page layouts - Creating variations for different audiences and funnel stages - Ensuring brand consistency across versions - Collaborating with our in-house developers for implementation - Supporting with moodboards and design systems in Figma What we’re looking for: - Strong understanding of UX/UI, conversion-driven design, and visual hierarchy - Experience with Native Ads and/or performance marketing funnels - Bonus if you’ve worked in the finance or B2B tech space If you have a portfolio showcasing effective, mobile-optimized landing pages, we’d love to see it! This is intended as the starting point for a long-term collaboration across multiple ongoing projects.
