We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Marketing Strategist who can help us generate consistent qualified leads and conversions for our publishing, PR, magazine, and event offers. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes marketing, understands how to grow online visibility, and thrives in fast-moving, female-led businesses. We publish books, produce magazines, host global summits, and offer PR/media exposure to women entrepreneurs and thought leaders. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Designing and executing lead generation strategies (organic and/or paid) Running social media content or email marketing campaigns with strong CTAs Building high-converting funnels and landing pages (we use Wix + GetResponse) Setting up or improving Facebook/Instagram Ads (optional but ideal) Tracking performance and making ROI-focused optimizations Our Target Audience: Women entrepreneurs, coaches, creatives, and small business owners seeking book publishing, media features, magazine exposure, or speaking opportunities.
