Job Description: As a Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and providing essential administrative support. Your daily responsibilities will be between customer interaction and supporting internal administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service (3 hours/day): Monitor and manage customer support tickets via HubSpot and Zoho Desk, including responding to customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and social media channels. Acknowledge receipt of complaints promptly and prioritize tickets (Low, Medium, High). Coordinate with relevant departments (sales, marketing and operations) to resolve issues. Manage PayPal disputes, ensuring proper and timely resolution. Process refunds and replacements through Shopify when necessary. Create and send digital training certificates to users who have completed Academy courses. Monitor and respond to reviews from Judge.me and request users to share feedback on Google. Monitor order processing, update tracking sheets, and ensure accurate records are maintained. Administrative Duties (2 hours/day): Manage company-wide administrative tasks including processing expenses and maintaining accurate financial records. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service. Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with handling company expenses and invoice management. Proficiency with CRM tools Hubspot, Shopify, Zoho Desk, and Google Sheets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Fluent in English Should be able to work CET timings.
