Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate all design and creative tasks across our projects. You will be the main liaison between our internal teams and external designers, working with design platforms such as Penji and similar services. This is a fast-paced, creative environment, and the right candidate must be proactive, resourceful, and available 7 days a week to keep all projects moving forward. Responsibilities: Act as the central point of contact for all design briefs and creative project coordination Prepare, organize, and communicate detailed design briefs for designers (internal and external) Manage the submission, feedback, and revision cycles on platforms like Penji Track project status, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools and spreadsheets Coordinate with marketing, product, and executive teams to clarify requirements and ensure expectations are met Review creative outputs to ensure alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines Maintain an organized database of all creative assets and project documentation Be responsive and available daily (7 days a week) to ensure continuous project momentum and timely feedback to designers Requirements: 2+ years in a design coordination, project coordinator, or creative project management role Strong experience working with design platforms (Penji or similar) Proven ability to write clear, concise, and effective design briefs Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; highly detail-oriented Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with designers and stakeholders Creative mindset with an eye for quality and consistency in visual design Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Availability to coordinate and respond as needed 7 days a week
