About Us We are a fast-growing AI-powered startup, specializing in business development and technical recruitment. We are looking for a Client-Facing Technical Support Developer to join our team. You’ll act as the first line of technical support for our clients via Slack, troubleshoot issues hands-on or with our broader dev team, and manage critical integrations. Responsibilities - Respond to client messages via Slack in real-time and provide timely, accurate technical support. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend and backend applications. - Implement bug fixes directly in code (React + Vite, Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript). - Work with tools like MongoDB, Elastic Search, and Azure DevOps to diagnose problems. - Manage and support OAuth flows and third-party integrations (e.g., Gmail, Office 365). - Set up and troubleshoot email sending systems, DNS records, and domain transfers. - Collaborate with the dev team for escalations and complex debugging. - Learn quickly and understand limitations of the current stack and integrations to better support clients. - Communicate clearly with non-technical users, while documenting all issues and solutions internally. Requirements - 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer or Technical Support Engineer. - Strong experience with: React JS with Vite JS, TypeScript, Node.js & NestJS, Microsoft Azure & Azure DevOps, MongoDB & Elastic Search, OAuth protocols and third-party integrations (Gmail, Office, etc.), Email sending setup, DNS configuration, and domain transfers. - Must be client-facing, with excellent communication skills. - Must be quick to learn and troubleshoot integration limitations across services. - Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on technical issues. Nice to Have - Experience sending cold emails and understanding email deliverability. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring tools. - Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets. Availability & Compensation - Must be available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM EST. - Compensation is $400 USD per month.
