Summary **Job Description:** I am currently seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to review and plan a +/- 7 acre RV Park with a minimum of 50 - 100 sites. Break this Site Plan down to construction level plans / domain-level plans (from Site Prep and construction to final Structure outfitting and Site "as-built" documentation and drawings). The Site construction / installation is located at 2308 Pleasant Green, Victoria, Texas. (LOT #02) The ideal candidate must be a United States citizen with a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license from Texas with expertise and experience in structural, civil and industrial engineering. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in RV park development - Knowledge of zoning and land use regulations - Ability to design utility layouts The responsibilities of this role will include providing engineering expertise, ensuring compliance with local regulations (City of Victoria, Texas) Scope/Intent and Extent of Services: – Preliminary and Final Design – PE Engineer will prepare Preliminary and Final Site Plans for review and approval by the City of Victoria, Texas for the RV park. Final plans will include a dimensional control plan, site plan, utility plan, grading plan, drainage plan, detention plan (if required) and appropriate details for pavement and utility construction. Detention pond location, if required by city, will be determined after topographic survey. Plan will show phasing lines so that the park will be built in phases, location of each phase line will be coordinated and confirmed with the owner prior to plan finalization. Configuration of RV Park will be determined during the Preliminary Design Phase of the project. Site Layouts Water and Sewer Drainage and Grading Stormwater Management Overhead and underground electrical route and transformer locations will be shown on the utility plan for coordination. May subcontract with a SUE Engineering Firm as an Additional Service to provide pothole locating of specific utilities. – Topography – I will order the topographic survey to be performed (Done by others) Topographic survey will only be performed on the portion of the site to be developed and as needed to facilitate design. All boundary and subdivision platting related services, if required, are by others and not part of this agreement.
