We are a leading and fast-growing cost segregation firm seeking a Sales Account Executive to take full ownership of lead management, client outreach, and deal closure. This is a results-oriented role where you’ll be responsible for managing your own pipeline and driving revenue, while working under the direction of a senior sales manager. If you're a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a desire to grow in a high-performance environment, this is your chance to step into a rewarding role with real impact. What You’ll Be Responsible For: -Handling all inbound and outbound sales leads assigned to you -Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to proposal and closing -Following up with prospects and maintaining consistent client communication -Preparing and delivering client-ready proposals with accuracy and professionalism -Meeting performance targets while maintaining a high standard of client service -Staying organized and responsive across multiple leads and accounts Who You Are: -Confident, goal-oriented, and driven to close deals -A persuasive communicator who can build trust quickly -Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability -Comfortable working independently while taking direction from senior leadership -Ideally experienced in cost segregation, tax strategies, or real estate (preferred but not required) -Proficient in Ai tools and CRM’s Employment Type: Contract position with strong potential for long-term or full-time placement based on performance.
