About Us: We are a fast growing marketing agency helping outdoor living contractors (like turf, pergola, and pools) land more high ticket projects. We manage the ads, qualify the leads, and set appointments—making life way easier for our clients. Now we’re looking for a sharp and hungry Customer Sales Rep to join our team and help set appointments What You’ll Do: - Work directly with warm leads who’ve already shown interest - Have solid conversations, build trust, and set appointments - Follow up via phone, text, and CRM to turn interest into booked jobs - Keep everything updated inside our CRM so nothing slips through the cracks What We’re Looking For: - Experience in phone sales (B2B or B2C) - Strong communicator who’s comfortable on the phone - Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented - Tech-friendly (we use Slack, CRMs, and G-Suite daily) - Someone who actually wants to grow with us Pay: - Base hourly: $6–$10/hr (based on experience) - Commission: Monthly bonuses tied to performance Growth Plan: - Team Lead: Help manage a small pod of SDRs - Sales Manager: Lead a full sales team, optimize process, hit KPIs - Account Manager: Focus on client relationships and retention PS: Create Your Voice Submission and share the link.
