We’re looking for a Sales Outreach Specialist to help us generate leads and book qualified meetings. Responsibilities: Send 50–100 personalized cold emails per day using tools like Instantly or Smartlead Engage with leads on LinkedIn and other channels Build prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools Book discovery calls with qualified leads Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and targeting Compensation: 200$ per client closed Base salary can be discused Performance bonuses possible based on results Requirements: Experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation Familiarity with cold outreach tools and CRM platforms Ability to write clear, personalized, high-converting messages Self-driven and results-oriented
