Key responsibilities: This is front line sales job, your primary responsibility is to get new signups for the services Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE, Europe, and Africa to drive revenue growth. Represent company in business calls and meetings ( as required) Ideal candidates will have: Proven track record in sales, particularly in professional services Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Targets for this assignment: 1. HR Services: a. Full life cycle HR suite or specific to the functions the client require b. Revamping existing HR systems and transitioning to modern ones c. Daily HR operations 2. HRMS Product Sale- Sell an HRMS software to potential customers. This is a yearly subscription based product. Target clients will be start-ups to established ones. There is no restriction. 3. Process Consulting: Companies who want to revamp their internal quality & delivery process, leading to ISO certification. 4. IT Consulting- Helping companies to choose the right solutions, assets and optimising there information systems. Payment: A one-time payout per client sign up plus additional commission of 3% of the billed amount ( upon payments by clients) Open to consider those who are willing to move to sales for first time as well
