We’re passionate about growing the game at the grassroots level through fun, engaging, and professional content. Our YouTube channel and social media are key to our mission! Role Overview: We’re seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant who’s skilled in short form video editing using OpusClip. You’ll turn our long-form content (YouTube videos, podcasts, match highlights) into engaging shorts and reels for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. If you love sports, storytelling, and creative editing, you’ll fit right in! Key Responsibilities: Edit long-form video content into 30-90 second shorts, reels, and TikToks using OpusClip Add captions, simple motion graphics, and on-brand elements to boost engagement Repurpose long-form content for social media while staying on brand Organize and name files for easy upload and posting to social media channels Collaborate with our team via Upwork for feedback and revisions Suggest creative ideas for new short form content Assist with basic admin tasks related to content scheduling and posting Requirements: Proven experience editing short form videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok Proficiency with OpusClip (or similar AI video editing tools) Strong attention to detail, especially with captions and branding Good communication skills and ability to take feedback Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines Access to a computer with stable internet and ability to work remotely Bonus: Interest in squash, sports, or fitness content Hours & Pay: 5 hours per week to start (flexible, may grow as our channel grows) $3 – $5 per hour (please include your preferred rate in your proposal) How to Apply: Send us your portfolio of short form video edits (especially using OpusClip or similar tools), a brief intro about yourself, and a note on why you’d be a great fit for Cheeky Monkey Squash!
