Verify the accuracy of the information, including the correct naming of plaintiffs and other critical details, which can reflect on competency to practice law. Report details in report format template you will be provided, attempting to show patterns of carelessness, rulebreaking, and other violations of Professional Conduct. Document findings in the exact format and style we tell and show examples of how our other findings have been prepared for representative cases. Qualifications: Must be available to be fully committed on this case without any distractions or ongoing projects that will delay your completion of this URGENT work. Exceptional analytical and research skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in legal document review and compliance. Background in legal ethics and professional responsibility. Knowledge of Local Rules of Minnesota Federal District Court with ability to thoroughly analyze and exhaustively apply these to document filings made by attorneys For any state level cases: Knowledge of any Minnesota State court Rules and Civil Procedure requirements with the ability to thoroughly analyze and exhaustively apply these to document filings made by attorneys with federal and state courts.
