The right candidate will have strong writing skills, an eye for clarity, and the ability to make job descriptions more engaging and effective. Responsibilities: Review and edit job postings to make them clear, professional, and appealing. Ensure descriptions accurately reflect job responsibilities and attract the right candidates. Improve readability and overall flow of job listings. Provide suggestions to enhance job postings based on best practices. Requirements: Strong writing and editing skills. Experience with job postings, content writing, or similar tasks. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Available 40 hours per week and ready to start immediately. This is flexible. Bonus Points: Experience in hiring, or recruitment. Familiarity with AI or tech-related roles (not required but helpful).
