I started a clothing brand just over a year ago as a small side project, and it’s grown exponentially—this year, we’ve hit over $200K in sales. While that growth has been exciting, I’m now at a point where I simply can’t do everything on my own anymore. I know I need to streamline operations and build smarter systems, but I’m not entirely sure what the best next steps are. I’d especially appreciate guidance when it comes to outsourcing customer service correspondence, production, inventory management, marketing, and brand identity. I’m looking to establish solid processes for all of these areas and build a small team that can help support the continued growth of the business.
