We are running fully operational, automated email campaigns across multiple brands. Our workflows, sequences, and segmentation are already set up—but we need a true expert to audit, diagnose, and fix gaps in performance. This is not a beginner or setup role. We're seeking someone with a strategic and technical background in email marketing to step in, identify what's not working, and deliver actionable solutions. Your Responsibilities: Audit our full email system: sequences, tagging, triggers, and segment logic. Troubleshoot deliverability issues, performance drops, and automation inefficiencies. Suggest and implement fixes to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversion flows. Improve our list segmentation and lead nurturing strategy. Optimize integrations and platform settings (e.g., warming domains, sender reputation, DNS setup). Guide our in-house team with best practices and expert-level insights. You Must Have: 5+ years in advanced email marketing strategy and automation Proven track record of fixing broken funnels, improving deliverability, and growing engagement Expertise in platforms like Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Instantly, or Lemlist Deep understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation, and inboxing Strong analytical mindset – you must know how to dig into the metrics and find what’s off Experience working with B2B and/or eCommerce campaigns Bonus Points If You Have: Experience working with multi-brand campaigns Familiarity with SalesHandy, Make (Integromat), and lead generation workflows Cold + warm email campaign experience What We’ll Provide: Full access to current campaign flows Dedicated support from our in-house marketing lead How to Apply Please send: A brief pitch on what types of problems you've fixed before.
