I need a highly capable right-hand who can keep the engine running... operationally, creatively, and personally. This is part Executive Assistant, part Chief of Staff, and part Digital Project Manager. You’ll be trusted with real responsibilities from Day 1, from managing my LinkedIn presence to building investor decks using Gamma.ai, to coordinating my calendar, meetings, and daily tasks. The right person will anticipate needs, learn fast, and move faster. What You’ll Own LinkedIn Project Management: Manage posts, comments, and inbox engagement. Draft content, track performance, and maintain visibility with investors and founders Learn and run LinkedIn ad campaigns (no prior experience needed — just the hunger to figure it out) Deck Building + Gamma AI Tools: Use the Gamma.app and similar tools to create polished, professional investor decks and presentation slides Learn the style I like (McKinsey-clean with Columbia Business School tone) Calendar + Daily Logistics: Coordinate all meetings, travel, and speaking engagements. Help with daily planning, reminders, priority tracking Keep me focused, on time, and ahead of schedule Ops & Personal Project Management: Handle task lists, follow-ups, and operational flow across multiple mandates Occasionally book restaurants, flights, or make key purchases Flag issues before they escalate and move projects across the finish line What I’m Looking For Ultra-organized with strong written communication Fast, independent learner — especially with AI and digital tools Calm, confidential, and capable in chaotic moments Growth-minded and genuinely curious about private markets, strategy, and investor comms Bonus if you’ve supported an investor, founder, or public speaker before Extras That Help Based in NYC or aligned to the New York time zone.
