We’re urgently hiring a Lead Qualifier & Appointment Setter to support B2B outreach in Belgium. If you’re fluent in French and English, comfortable on the phone, and have a background in SaaS or cold calling, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll do: - Make 50–60 calls per day to inbound and outbound leads (fully provided – no list building needed) - Qualify leads and schedule calls with senior team members - Use structured scripts and follow our qualification process - Keep the CRM updated after each conversation - Represent the company professionally in early client interactions You’re a strong candidate if you: - Speak French and English fluently (Dutch is a plus) - Have experience with SaaS, cold calling, and using a CRM - Communicate clearly and confidently - Have your own laptop and headset - Are available Monday–Thursday, 9:00–17:00 CET - Are reliable, self-motivated, and organized What we provide: - A very supportive and enthusiastic team - Full onboarding, training, and guidance - Access to all necessary tools (CRM, dialer, email platform, calendar tools) - Fully remote experience - A clear structure with regular team support and feedback We move quickly and value professionals who are ready to jump in.
