We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help us get back on track with expense organization and reporting for a high-profile entertainment and vehicle exhibit company. This is a part-time, project-based role with potential for ongoing work. Would like to start today. About the Role: Due to the fast-paced nature of our business, expenses have started to pile up, and we need someone to take ownership of categorizing, organizing, and ensuring all receipts and invoices are properly entered into our QuickBooks Online system. You’ll work directly with the CEO to: Categorize receipts by department (e.g., cars, memorabilia, art, event-related expenses) Create a clean, accurate expense report for submission to our CFO — no duplicates Ensure every entry has a corresponding receipt or invoice attached Track payments and communicate with vendors when needed Cross-check with existing entries to avoid overlap from previous bookkeeping efforts Be available to talk on the phone regularly for clarification and updates Requirements: Proven experience in QuickBooks Online Strong attention to detail and ability to organize messy data Comfortable reviewing previous reports and spotting duplicates Clear and professional communication — both written and verbal Comfortable using email, cloud folders, and potentially project management tools Willingness to call vendors or team members as needed Experience with entertainment, events, or creative industries is a major plus What We Provide: Access to QuickBooks Online (already partially set up) Receipts, invoices, and documentation to organize Clear categories to work from Flexible hours, remote work, and direct access to decision-makers If you're someone who thrives on bringing order to chaos, enjoys working with creative professionals, and can hit the ground running with QuickBooks — we’d love to hear from you.
