Seeking an experienced B2B marketing expert or small team to develop and manage a highly targeted campaign focused on executive-level decision-makers in a regulated industry. This role requires expertise in reaching niche B2B audiences through digital channels (primarily LinkedIn and email), with an emphasis on precision targeting, paid campaign execution, and performance optimization. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Build and launch a high-conversion paid LinkedIn campaign targeting C-level and VP-level roles • Coordinate outbound email outreach (contact lists provided - we will write, but need you to implement template and set up) • Email list management (deduplication and suppression) • Recommend and manage landing page setup (bonus points if you can also design, but not necessary) • Set up reporting dashboards to track performance (CPL, meetings booked, conversions) • Optimize campaigns based on results and feedback ⸻ Required Experience: • B2B paid media management (LinkedIn Ads required) • Email marketing and automation workflows (HubSpot) • Experience targeting hard-to-reach or regulated market audiences • Proven ability to drive measurable results in B2B lead generation • Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or adjacent regulated spaces is a strong plus * bonus points if you can also design creative assets. ⸻ Deliverables: • Campaign asset design and coordination (ads, targeting, landing page inputs) • Ad platform setup, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization • Weekly performance reports and clear KPIs • Coordination with internal stakeholders (you’ll work directly with the head of marketing) ⸻ To Apply: Please include: • Examples of previous B2B campaigns targeting executive audiences - and your role defined • Your general approach to managing high-value lead generation campaigns
