Google Ads Specialist Needed to Optimise PPC Campaigns for Karaoke & Pub Events Description: We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Google PPC Ads Specialist to manage and grow our paid advertising campaigns for: Karaoke Heaven – London’s most exciting karaoke venue, with private booths, open mic nights, and DJ events. Function Rooms in Our Pubs – Ideal for private parties, corporate events, and celebrations. You’ll be working with a growing hospitality business with multiple venues across London. Your goal: increase leads and bookings while improving the ROI of our current ad spend. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Optimise current Google Ads campaigns (We already have campaigns running and currently spend around 3K per month - although the ads need an overhaul, there is scope to increase this spend when this is done) Research and develop targeted, high-converting keywords Design or guide the creation of landing pages optimised for conversions Implement A/B testing on ads and landing pages Track, analyse, and report performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPA) Improve quality scores, reduce wasted spend, and scale what works
