Hi! I'm in the process of setting up a user research study and have created a research participation agreement. I'd really appreciate it if a lawyer could take a look to ensure it adequately covers a few key areas: Confidentiality of Observations: Making sure participants understand they cannot share anything they see or learn during the research publicly. Participant Data Confidentiality: Clearly stating that anything a participant shares will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for research purposes. Recording Consent: Explicitly informing participants that the session will be video and audio recorded. Clarity for Participants: Ensuring the entire agreement is written in simple, easy-to-understand language (layman's terms). If you have experience with research agreements or NDAs and can offer your expertise, please get in touch!
