I’m an entrepreneur, trainer, and brand builder working across multiple businesses — including a personal brand, a fitness certification program, a consumer product line, and an education startup. I’m seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Project Manager / Executive Assistant to help bring vision to action. You'll work directly with me to organize and drive execution across multiple projects. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work for the right person. Key Responsibilities: * Organize and manage multiple ongoing projects (Trello, Notion, Asana, or your system of choice). * Prioritize tasks weekly and create simple execution plans. * Track timelines and hold projects accountable to deadlines. * Manage freelancer deliverables (designers, developers, etc.). * Help manage content assets (Google Drive, Canva, Dropbox). * Schedule and document weekly check-ins. * Anticipate next steps, suggest better systems, keep momentum moving. * Light support on brand asset creation (Canva skills are a plus). Ideal Skills: * Strong project management experience * Highly organized, detail-driven, and a self-starter * Excellent written and verbal communication * Comfortable managing creative projects (branding, websites, products, certification programs) * Familiar with Trello, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and Canva (or willing to learn) * Fitness, wellness, self-development, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus (but not required) Hours and Compensation: * 15–20 hours per week to start * Flexible schedule but need availability for a few real-time check-ins (U.S. time zones preferred) * Hourly rate: $25–$50/hr depending on experience * Potential to grow into a full-time role as projects scale To Apply: * Tell me briefly why you're a fit for this role (no long cover letters needed). * Share examples of projects you’ve helped manage or build. * Bonus if you include links to systems you've created (like project boards, launch timelines, content calendars, etc.)
