Job Overview: Kosmos Stargazing Resort & Spa is looking for a dedicated Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, live chat, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with reservations, answer inquiries about our resort and spa services, troubleshoot booking issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. - Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications. - Provide detailed information about our resort amenities, stargazing experiences, and spa services. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency. - Maintain accurate customer records and booking details in our system. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences. - Identify and report trends in guest feedback to improve our services. - Follow company guidelines to ensure compliance with customer service policies.
