We are seeking a versatile and creative professional to support our efforts in modernizing/energizing documents. As a Destination Management Company, we are looking to elevate and update our suite of client-facing materials to reflect a modern, professional, and cohesive brand image. Scope of Work Key Deliverables: Contract Templates: Redesign and update our client contract documents to ensure clarity, professionalism, and brand alignment. Program Recap Documents: Create engaging and informative recap templates for use prior to client events. This document builds upon the client agreement with additional information and details, and deletes the terms and conditions portion. In Word. Presentation Slides: Modernize PowerPoint presentations to be visually appealing, on-brand, and effective for client engagement. Canva Templates: Develop reusable Canva templates for social posts, proposals, and other marketing collateral. Excel Sheets: Design user-friendly and visually consistent Excel sheets for internal and client use. Responsibilities Review and assess current documents and templates. Collaborate with our team to understand brand guidelines and functional requirements. Propose and implement design improvements for each document type. Ensure all materials are easy to use, edit, and replicate for future projects. Deliver final assets in appropriate formats (Word, PDF, PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, etc.). Requirements Proven experience in document design, branding, and template creation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Canva. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with existing content and branding. Portfolio of previous work demonstrating relevant skills. Excellent communication and project management skills.
