I’m looking for a graphic designer to help bring a modern, personality-driven guided journal to life. This journal blends humor, storytelling, and heart—it’s designed for a younger adult audience and is a more relatable, witty alternative to traditional memory or legacy journals. This is my first book project, so I’m looking for someone who’s collaborative, creative, and comfortable offering light guidance throughout the process. Scope of Work: -Format approximately 100 prompts across 6–8 themed sections into a clear, engaging interior layout -Add section headers and optional light visuals (icons, line accents, or minimal illustrations) -Design a front and back cover that fits the tone (cover is mostly designed, just need to tighten it up) -Ensure the entire file is print-ready for Amazon KDP (trim size will likely be 6x9 or 7x10) -Balance clean design with white space—this is a journal, so writing room matters Design Style: -Clean, bold, and modern—not too corporate or overly feminine -Fonts should feel current and readable, with a little personality Inspiration includes: “The Five Minute Journal,” Knock Knock stationery, or anything that feels both fun and thoughtfully designed Deliverables: Print-ready PDF for Amazon KDP (cover + interior) Editable source file (InDesign, Canva Pro, Affinity, etc.) Recommendations for front/back matter or visual flow (if you have any!)
