Drives active community growth and lead generation across client social accounts, especially LinkedIn. Handles comment replies, DMs, and strategic outreach. Knows how to build real relationships and spark conversations that convert. This is not support, this is targeted, brand-aligned interaction. Responsibilities: Respond to comments and DMs in brand voice Actively engage with target accounts, followers, and hashtags Lead outreach on LinkedIn: strategic commenting, thoughtful DMs, and follow-ups Identify warm leads and route them to the internal team Surface relevant trends, posts, or UGC for potential engagement Track engagement wins and share weekly updates Must-Have: Experience generating leads via LinkedIn DMs (non-spammy, personalized) and managing outreach pipelines
