We’re a boutique digital marketing agency based in Austin, TX that works exclusively with hospitality brands—mainly multi-location restaurant groups. We’re looking for a freelance content creator who can help us produce engaging, on-trend content for Instagram and Facebook (Reels, carousels, Stories, etc.). This is an ongoing role focused on content creation with light paid social support (boosting posts, building audiences, etc.). What You’ll Do: • Create scroll-stopping social content (Reels, carousels, Stories, photos) • Write clever, on-brand captions tailored to each restaurant client • Repurpose client-supplied assets into polished, platform-ready posts • Stay current on trends and content formats that work in the food/hospitality space • Collaborate with our team on content ideas tied to promos, events, and seasonality • Set up and maintain paid social campaigns (Meta platforms only) • Build and manage custom audiences (retargeting, lookalikes, geo-targeted lists) • Monitor performance, adjust campaigns, and report key takeaways You Should Have: • 2+ years of experience creating content for IG and FB (hospitality experience = a big plus) • Strong writing chops and ability to match different brand voices • Experience using Meta Ads Manager for basic campaign setup and reporting • Solid understanding of what performs well in short-form food/beverage content • Clear communication, quick turnaround, and a collaborative attitude • Bonus: Based in Texas or open to occasional on-site shoots (not required) • Bonus: Familiarity with TikTok (not required) To Apply: Please share a quick intro, links to past content work (especially Reels, carousels, and captions), and your rate.
