Title: PBM Freelance/ Contract Copywriter Position Summary: At Conway Marketing Group, we are seeking freelance/contract PBM Copywriters to support our growing portfolio of clients in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) space. Our agency specializes in B2B enterprise marketing, serving industries such as healthcare, insurance, technology, AI/ML, and non-profits. We work with PBMs, health plans, and pharmacy-focused organizations, creating compelling content that informs, engages, and drives action. If you’re a strategic storyteller with deep knowledge of PBM trends, regulatory complexities, and industry best practices, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities and Requirements: Write compelling, creative digital marketing content (i.e., web pages, blogs, digital advertising, and sales materials) Drive content strategy, high-quality, and high-touch materials, with proper tone, messaging, and effectiveness Ensure consistency and accuracy of written material Possess ability to integrate client feedback to modify or redevelop content Conceptualize/brainstorm blog topics and develop engaging material to fulfill high volume content demand Translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand content Strong proofing and editing skills to deliver error-free copy Ability to work independently and collaboratively under strict deadlines Partner with CMG team to help maintain quality standards Familiarity with search engine optimization, including keyword strategy, key term discovery, and optimized content development Effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time Desired Skills and Qualifications: Experience developing digital and printed content and thought leadership related to websites, landing page copy, blogs, press releases, eBooks, marketing white papers, case studies, social media, brochures, and sales tools, including one-page marketing flyers Proven track record in technical content creation for search engine optimization for digital copy Motivated, creative, self-starter with excellent research and time management abilities with high-level written and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating directly with clients when appropriate, including gathering insights via stakeholder interviews for effective creative copy development Expert storyteller who drives targeted traffic and gets people talking about the brand Expertise in honoring the the brand voice for existing brands, and experience helping set the brand voice and tone for new or refreshed brands Minimum 5-7 years of experience desired Agency or Client Marketing experience required B2B specialization preferred
