I’m seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Virtual Assistant to support the growth of a vintage/antiques-focused business across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This is a recurring, long-term opportunity with room to grow. I will provide all raw video content in batches. Your job will be to edit, post, and manage the content across social media channels, as well as engage with the audience and compile performance reports. ✅ Responsibilities Content Editing & Scheduling Edit short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts Add text overlays, auto-captions, transitions, and music as needed Write engaging captions and relevant hashtags Schedule 3–5 posts per week across platforms using Buffer, Meta Suite, etc. Community Engagement Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in a brand-appropriate tone Like and reply to user engagement within 24 hours of posting Support any additional platform features (e.g. polls, stories, Q&A) Reporting & Optimization Track weekly engagement, reach, follower growth Deliver a simple monthly performance report with insights and suggestions
