About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support Joe in managing daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in real estate administrative tasks. A strong working knowledge of the MLS is essential. To Join The Azar Team Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain Joe’s, including appointments, listings, and Follow ups on check. CRM Oversight: Manage client information within the CRM system, track communications, and support follow-ups. Listing Management: Handle listing input and updates in the MLS, coordinate with photographers and vendors, and ensure listing accuracy and compliance. Social Media Support: Assist in planning and scheduling social media content across platforms to enhance visibility and engagement. Required Qualifications: Experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in real estate Strong working knowledge of MLS systems and listing procedures Proficiency with CRM platforms and calendar management tools Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently Preferred Skills: Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies Experience with social media management tools
