Our Boston Summer Programme provides an extraordinary opportunity for students to engage in academic learning, cultural exploration, and meaningful connection. Hosted in a vibrant urban setting, the programme blends modern education with cultural immersion in one of the world’s most dynamic cities. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled photographer to join us in Boston to capture two full days of photography at our summer programme. You’ll be responsible for producing a compelling collection of high-quality images that reflect the energy, diversity, and premium quality of the Immerse experience. Your photography will be used in marketing campaigns, social media, and our promotional materials to inspire future students and showcase the immersive educational atmosphere. Responsibilities Capture high-quality photographs over two full days on-site and during excursions. Document: Academic sessions and classroom interactions. Student life, including social activities, meals, and informal moments Boston-based excursions and cultural outings. Environmental and branding shots of campus surroundings, cityscape, and Immerse lanyards or materials in use. Take a mix of: Portraits (students and staff, candid and posed). Candid lifestyle shots capturing energy, emotion, and engagement. Contextual/environmental shots showcasing the location and setting. Ensure branding (e.g. Immerse lanyards, notebooks) is subtly present where appropriate. Work collaboratively with an on-site Immerse team member who will provide shot direction and logistical support. Technical Requirements Use of professional DSLR or mirrorless camera equipment. Shoot in RAW format where possible. Desired Style Aspirational, bright, and natural. Emphasis on engagement, curiosity, connection, and the premium quality of the experience. Avoid heavy filters or overly stylised edits; natural colour and clean contrast are preferred. Deliverables ~100–150 professionally edited, high-resolution photos. Secure digital delivery (e.g., Google Drive, WeTransfer, or external hard drive). Final delivery is required within 7–10 days post-shoot.
