We’re a freight talent recruiting firm looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant to build and manage outreach and awareness campaigns targeting 1099 freight agents and logistics sales reps. This is NOT a cold-calling or sales-heavy role. The goal is to build awareness of our founder (a freight talent advocate) and invite potential candidates to connect on LinkedIn or visit our website. Your Tasks Will Include: • Building and managing email drip campaigns using Loxo (our ATS/CRM) • Sourcing 1099 sales reps & agents from our existing database • Setting up & scheduling posts in SocialBee (LinkedIn content scheduling) • Supporting light LinkedIn marketing (connection invites, engagement) • Helping us refine and improve outreach content using ChatGPT (we’ll train you on how we use it) ________________________________________ We’ll Provide: • All content and messaging • Clear direction and task management • Access to tools (Loxo, SocialBee, ChatGPT prompts, LinkedIn etc.) • Logistics specific guidance and support ________________________________________ What You Should Bring: • Experience with email marketing or CRM systems (Loxo a bonus) • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a marketing tool • Organized and detail-oriented • Able to work independently with clear direction • Freight/logistics background is helpful, but not required Available 15-20 hours per week. Opportunity to increase to full time.
