Dialed Gum is a nootropic caffeine gum brand scaling fast on Amazon. We're looking for a detail-oriented VA with Amazon FBA experience to support operations, listings, and reporting. Responsibilities: - Workflow organization - Supplier communication - Keyword & ASIN tracking via Helium 10 - Basic listing edits (images, copy, backend) - Customer support (shopify) - Setting up new SOPs for business - KPI Reporting - General organization and goal focus - PPC and Social Media Marketing - Inventory Forecasting - Simple graphic updates using Canva / ChatGPT Requirements: - 1+ year experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify - Knows Helium 10, Google Sheets, Canva, ChatGPT - Speaks & writes English well - Available 10-15 hours a week (will grow over time) Pay: $4/hour
