Editing a character and fitness statement

I have drafted a Character and Fitness statement for a law school application that I would like proofread. I have already let someone proofread it, and was given the following feedback, but I have not incorporated the changes yet. She mentioned that it may not be necessary to talk about Rodger's incarceration, and the part about the incident at AHCA needs to be condensed because it makes it sound like its worse than it is. Also, she reminded me that there Florida is a transparent State and at this particular agency there was no policy stating you could not use your work email for personal use. Also, she mentioned that, she liked how I took ownership of it, but at the time I did not think using the work email was a violation of policy and none of this was done with malicious intent.
