Job Description: I'm looking for a long-term collaboration with someone who lives and breathes SEO, stays ahead of the curve with new tools (especially AI-powered SEO), and wants to be part of building something big – from the ground up. You’ll work directly with me on a daily basis to create Denmark’s best-performing local SEO funnel in the window cleaning industry – and eventually help scale the same approach to other countries. Who we are: I run a Danish school where, together with my team of four full-time employees, I teach people how to build their own window cleaning businesses. I currently work closely with around 100 active students, each operating in a different city – so they’re not competitors. We already help them generate leads through intensive sales training: cold outreach, B2B strategies, paid marketing, etc. Now, we're going all-in on organic SEO as a scalable, sustainable source of leads. The Project: We want to build one central Webflow website with dynamic local landing pages for every city in Denmark (e.g. “window cleaning [city]”) and rank for those keywords organically. When a lead signs up on one of these local pages, we automatically forward that lead to the relevant student in that city. To succeed, we need a powerful and well-executed SEO engine that includes: 100+ city-specific landing pages High-quality blog content for topical authority and long-tail traffic A long-term link-building strategy Conversion-optimized UX – designed and maintained in Webflow Smart use of AI tools to scale and automate wherever it makes sense Your Role: Help plan and execute a national SEO strategy focused on local intent Design and manage landing pages and collections in Webflow Create SEO blog content and optimize for structured data and UX Collaborate on student success stories to use in content & recruitment Suggest and implement AI-driven SEO tools and workflows Support internal linking and backlink efforts Be part of scaling this model internationally as the system grows What I’m Offering: A paid test task to start – to see if we’re a good match Full-time position on the table for the right person High pay based on skill and value – not title or location Daily access and communication with the founder (me) Full creative freedom and room to grow into a leading role A chance to be part of a fast-growing business with international ambitions Requirements: Proven experience with SEO, ideally local SEO at scale Strong skills with Webflow – especially CMS, collections, and layout logic Experience writing or managing SEO-optimized blog content Familiar with AI SEO tools (Surfer, NeuronWriter, ChatGPT workflows, etc.) Structured, self-driven, and good at communicating clearly Able to work independently and take ownership Nice to have: Experience building lead funnels or service-based SEO websites Skills in conversion copywriting Understanding of multi-language SEO Experience coordinating with translators or local proofreaders Ready to build something big together?
