Job Overview:
We’re a growing brand of planners and journals seeking an experienced wholesale marketplace specialist to set up and manage our listings on 5–7 major wholesale platforms in the USA and Europe. Our brand is focused on delivering beautifully crafted planners that help people lead purposeful, organised lives. Your job will be to bring our products to a global audience of independent retailers by creating high-converting listings and managing the onboarding process on multiple wholesale platforms. Platforms to Develop:
Here’s our shortlist of target platforms — you don’t need to know them all, but expertise in several is a huge plus: • USA: Faire, Abound, Bulletin, Handshake, Tundra, Kelli’s Gift Shop Suppliers • Europe: Ankorstore, Orderchamp, Creoate, BigBuy, Paperblanks, Papier Responsibilities:
 ✅ Set up brand and product profiles on 5–7 wholesale platforms
 ✅ Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and wholesale terms
 ✅ Ensure listings are polished, professional, and platform-compliant
 ✅ Optimise listings for discoverability and appeal to retailers
 ✅ Provide recommendations for packaging shots and lifestyle images (we’ll supply these with your guidance)
 ✅ Manage inventory, pricing, and order minimums in each marketplace
 ✅ Advise on best practices for retailer communication and platform policies Requirements: • Proven experience with wholesale marketplaces (examples of past listings are a must!) • Strong written English — ability to craft engaging, benefit-driven product descriptions • Familiarity with wholesale order structures (MOQs, payment terms, retailer relationships) • Ability to work independently and proactively • Bonus: Product photography or image editing experience for e-commerce Initial Project Scope: • Setup of 5–7 wholesale marketplace profiles • Upload and optimise 3–5 core products for testing and initial outreach • Provide best practice insights to help us expand to other platforms and improve over time • Potential for ongoing listing management and retailer communication (optional / can be discussed separately) To Apply:
