We’re looking for someone experienced with Skool to help us manage the backend of our active community. This is not a setup role — we already have a community in place. We need a reliable expert to handle ongoing tasks, improve systems, and help us get the most out of the platform. Key Responsibilities: Upload and organize weekly content inside the Skool classroom Manage member tagging, group access, and permissions Monitor and moderate posts/comments to keep the feed clean and engaging Automate workflows using Zapier or webhooks (e.g., auto-adding members after purchase) Support with backend admin tasks: approvals, notifications, group settings Optimize the community experience (suggest new tools, flows, or content structures) Ideal Candidate: Has hands-on experience using Skool beyond the basic features Understands how to connect Skool with tools like Stripe, Zapier, GoHighLevel, or email marketing platforms Is organized, tech-savvy, and pays strong attention to detail Can work independently and suggest improvements to current systems Bonus: Experience with course delivery, paid memberships, or customer journeys This is a part-time, flexible, remote position.
