LinkedIn Campaign Performance Specialist (Part-Time, Remote) **Overview:** We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns for multiple clients. This is a once-a-week task that requires reviewing campaign performance data and making informed decisions to improve results. **Responsibilities:** * Log in weekly to review outreach campaign statistics across several client accounts. * Evaluate key metrics such as connection acceptance rates, messages sent, and message response rates. * Identify underperforming elements in the campaigns, including audience targeting and message copy. * Take initiative to make necessary adjustments (e.g., revise messaging, update target audience, or restructure a campaign). * Document all observations, actions taken, and results clearly for internal tracking. **Requirements:** * Experience with LinkedIn outreach tools or CRM platforms (e.g., Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Helper, Expandi, etc.). * Ability to analyze campaign performance and make strategic decisions. * Strong written communication skills for revising or improving outreach copy. * Responsible and independent — capable of making judgment calls without micromanagement. **Preferred:** * Previous experience managing LinkedIn lead generation or outreach campaigns. * Background in marketing, sales, or digital strategy. **Schedule:** * Once per week (flexible timing, as long as it’s consistent). 2-5 hours per week
