We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Customer Relations & Operations Manager with deep expertise in email marketing, and client lifecycle management. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution across customer support, operations, lead management. You’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound client interactions, maintaining smooth operational workflows, nurturing leads, and deploying Salesforce-based solutions to streamline our customer journey from first contact to closing. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Proactively address client concerns and follow up on service feedback. - Oversee client onboarding and maintain regular check-ins. - Administer, customize, and optimize lead tracking, sales pipeline, reporting, and automations. - Maintain clean, accurate client records - Launch and monitor email marketing campaigns Lead Management - Oversee the entire lifecycle of inbound and outbound leads—qualification, assignment, follow-up, and closure. - Monitor conversion performance and help implement improvements to lead nurturing strategies. - Build lead scoring models and email sequences. Operations Management - Streamline and document workflows to enhance efficiency across departments. - Manage internal tools and processes related to scheduling, reporting, and client delivery timelines. - Support sales and customer success with analytics and reporting dashboards. Requirements: - Proven experience in customer relationship management and business operations. - Solid knowledge of email marketing - Strong project management, multitasking, and time management skills. - Experience in both inbound and outbound lead management strategies. - Tech-savvy with proficiency in workflow automation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Self-starter mindset with high accountability and attention to detail.
