About us: Our online store specializes in swimwear and activewear. We follow the dropship method and use Shopify, GoogleDocs and Re-Amaze for management of customer support - familiarity with these platforms or similar (ex. Zendesk, Front, Gorgias, etc.) is a must. We're looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email and chat channels. Must be able to stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively with our supplier regarding order needs of customers, and respond promptly to customer needs. Project overview: The task will take ~15-20hrs/wk. This project requires: - Customer support experience (minimum of 2 years) - Familiarity with the dropship model and customer service work in this area in the past - Proficiency with Shopify storefront and Google Docs - Fluent writing and grammar skills in English - Familiarity with Re-Amaze customer support channel or similar (Zendesk, Front, etc.)
