Part-Time Bookkeeper/CPA (Remote) – New York S-Corp Tax & Bookkeeping Support We’re a growing service business based in New York, specializing in residential and post-construction cleaning services. We’re implementing the Profit First system to create sustainable growth and profitability. Our operations are lean, and we value clear communication, attention to detail, and reliability. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper or CPA to support our business with: ✅ Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations aligned with Profit First principles. ✅ S-Corp tax filings (federal + NY state), including estimated payments and 1099s. ✅ Personal tax return preparation (1040 + Schedule E/S/K-1) if qualified. ✅ Occasional advice on NY-specific compliance, tax planning, and allocation tracking. Key Responsibilities: Limited bookkeeping assistance within in QuickBooks Online (3-4 hours/ month). Reconcile accounts monthly and assist with Profit First allocations. Prepare and file federal and NY state S-Corp tax returns, including estimated payments. Prepare and file 1099s as needed. Assist with personal tax filings for the business owner. Provide occasional advisory support on tax compliance, cash flow, and allocations.
