The Role: We are looking for an Integrator to help bring the CEO’s vision to life and turn strategy into scalable execution using the EOS framework. You’ll partner closely with the CEO to lead company operations and bring clarity, structure, and accountability across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on using AI and automation to solve operational challenges, create order from chaos, and scale smartly. Responsibilities: - Lead EOS execution across the business (Rocks, Scorecard, L10s, People Analyzer) - Turn big ideas into clear, actionable plans and ensure they get done - Streamline operations for efficiency and growth using AI and automation - Oversee cross-functional projects from start to finish, aligned with business goals - Recruit and manage the right people to support execution - Bring structure, accountability, and focus across teams - Monitor performance through KPIs and make improvements where needed What We’re Looking For: - Experience as an Integrator or senior operations leader using EOS - Background in payment processing is highly preferred, especially in high-risk industries like CBD, adult, travel, or crypto - Fluent in AI and automation tools with the ability to design smart, scalable systems that reduce manual work and drive growth - Proven ability to lead remote teams and scale infrastructure - Strong communication, time management, and follow-through - A builder’s mindset with a bias toward action and clarity Bonus Points: - Experience in fintech, SaaS, or recurring revenue models - Understanding of ISO models or reseller/mentorship growth strategies - Familiarity with compliance workflows in high-risk payment environments **How to Apply** Please submit a short Loom video (3–5 minutes) answering the following questions: - What relevant experience do you have in integrating business strategies and executing operations? - How do you approach improving processes for better efficiency? - Share an example of a project where you successfully turned a business vision into reality. - How have you used AI and automation to streamline workflows or reduce manual work?
