Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and persuasive Sales Closer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into new property owner clients for our co-hosting services. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional closing abilities, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the short-term rental industry from an owner/operator perspective. Your primary focus will be to engage with pre-qualified leads, understand their needs and challenges, clearly articulate the value proposition of our co-hosting services, and confidently guide them through the onboarding process to become valued clients. Responsibilities: - Proactively contact and engage with warm leads provided by the lead generation team (e.g., property owners, Airbnb operators). - Develop a deep understanding of our co-hosting service offerings, including the benefits and features we provide to property owners. - Effectively communicate the value proposition of our co-hosting services, highlighting how we can help owners increase revenue, streamline operations, and save time. - Build rapport and establish trust quickly with prospective property owners through professional and consultative communication (phone, video calls, email, etc.). - Understand the individual needs and pain points of each lead, tailoring our service presentation to address their specific situation. - Answer inquiries thoroughly, clarify details about our services and pricing, and address any concerns or objections. - Confidently guide potential clients through the onboarding process, explaining the next steps and ensuring a smooth transition. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client statuses in our CRM system. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for onboarding new co-hosting clients. - Stay informed about trends and challenges within the short-term rental industry that affect property owners. - Collaborate effectively with the lead generation and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client acquisition experience. - Provide feedback to the management team on lead quality, sales strategies, and client insights. Qualifications: - Proven track record of high performance in a dedicated sales closing role, preferably selling services or solutions. - Solid understanding and knowledge of the short-term rental industry from a property owner or Airbnb operator's perspective (e.g., challenges of self-management, revenue optimization, guest communication, platform management). - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. - Masterful negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into long-term client relationships. - Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding client acquisition targets. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools. - Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of leads effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address concerns and objections professionally. - A positive, persistent, and client-focused attitude. Bonus Points: - Previous experience selling services to property owners or within the real estate or hospitality industries. - Familiarity with Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms from a host's perspective.
