Hey, I’m Philip, founder of a fast-growing relocation business helping people move to Portugal. We’re a small remote team of ~10. We’ve built a strong foundation — Trello, Airtable, Zapier, Make, and a CRM that keeps everything (and everyone) moving. We have a delivery lead, a structured service team, and a real engine running. But here's the challenge: As we grow and launch new services, cracks are starting to show.
