We run a modern, international restaurant in Lucerne, Switzerland, with a modern interior and a sharing-style soul food concept. In summer, we also run a seasonal burger pop-up at the back of the venue. We’re looking for a freelance marketing expert to drive visibility, boost foot traffic, and grow our brand. We have a solid visual identity and a modern website, but we’ve paused regular content due to lack of time. We need someone to lead the marketing strategy and handle execution across socials, email, and paid ads. We're open to ideas and looking for someone who can guide us, not just take orders. Your role may include: Planning and scheduling Instagram content Giving us clear shot lists — we’ll film, you edit and post Running paid ads (Instagram and Google preferred) Setting up and managing a basic email marketing flow (we don’t have a list yet) Promoting seasonal events/pop-ups Reporting on performance and making strategy adjustments Ideal fit: Expert in food, lifestyle, or hospitality marketing Strong in both strategy and hands-on work Experience growing brands locally Proactive and self-directed Can make modern, scroll-stopping content from assets we provide Details: Project duration: 3–6 months to start Long-term potential if it works well If you love food, branding, and making small businesses shine — we’d love to hear from you.
