Project Overview Profasee is a dynamic-pricing SaaS for Amazon brands. We want a seasoned Meta advertising expert who can own paid acquisition on Facebook and Instagram from strategy to creative to back-end analytics. You will plan, launch, and scale lead-gen and remarketing campaigns while ensuring every event in Ads Manager lines up with GA4 and our Conversion API stack. Engagement: Hourly contract, 20–30 hours over the next 4 weeks, with potential for future retainers if performance is strong. You will report to our Head of Growth. Key Responsibilities Media strategy & buying Build full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, nurture). Structure ad sets for efficient learning and budget allocation. Creative leadership Ideate and design scroll-stopping statics, carousels, Reels, and short-form video. Run rapid A/B tests on hooks, copy, and formats. Produce final assets in Figma or Adobe CC. Tracking & measurement Validate and optimise Meta Pixel + Conversion API events through GTM server-side containers. Align GA4 and HubSpot conversion events with Meta for accurate CAC and ROAS reporting. Ongoing optimisation Analyse Auction Insights, Breakdowns, and Advantage+ diagnostics. Adjust bids, budgets, and creative weekly to hit CPL and ROAS targets. Deliver clear reports and Loom walk-throughs for the team. Required Skills & Experience Active Meta Blueprint certifications – at least one of: Meta Certified Media Buying Professional Meta Certified Media Planning Professional Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional Meta Certified Marketing Science Professional 3+ years running high-spend campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for SaaS or e-commerce. Portfolio of self-designed ad creatives that beat platform benchmarks. Hands-on expertise with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager (client and server), and GA4. Strong grasp of Meta’s delivery algorithm and learning phase mechanics. Excellent written English, async communication (Slack, Loom), and data-driven mindset. Nice to Have Proven results on Google Ads, YouTube, Reddit, or LinkedIn. Experience piping Meta and GA4 data into BigQuery or Looker Studio. Familiarity with consent mode and privacy compliance. Deliverables Campaign architecture doc and budget model. 8–12 new creative assets (static + video) with test matrix. Live campaigns with properly deduplicated CAPI events and Event Match Quality 8/10 or higher. Weekly performance report and optimisation plan. Final playbook so our team can maintain the account.
