Part-Time Social Media Manager & AI-First Content Writer ~20 h / month to start — remote — Asia-friendly time zones I run a lean content/social agency that creates educational, scroll-stopping Instagram content for health coaches, doctors, biohackers, and wellness brands. I need a right-hand partner who can own the content pipeline, is a content-writing wiz, and loves using large-language models to work smarter. What you’ll do • Run the machine. Own the Notion workspace, content calendar, and deadlines. • Translate the science. Turn complex health concepts and new research into clear, relatable and scroll-stopping Instagram carousels, reels and captions. • Write and refine. Use ChatGPT/Claude + your own voice & expertise to craft hooks, captions, and short-form social content that feels human. • Research & ideate. Spot trends in nutrition, fitness, biohacking and social media; come up with fresh angles, and ideas. • Coordinate creatives. Brief and manage our freelance designer/editor. • Schedule & engage. Schedule posts in Later/post/share to stories. Must-haves • Native-level English and a proven knack for sharp, conversational copy. • 2+ years in social media and content writing (Instagram focus). • Hands-on with ChatGPT and Claude, and able to “de-AI” the output so it reads naturally. • Strong science-to-social skill: you can read a scientific study (with AI help), pull the key takeaway, and phrase it so anyone gets it. • Portfolio of hooks, carousels, or reels that hit high engagement. • Working knowledge of Notion. • Self-starter mindset: you spot gaps, suggest ideas, and keep projects moving without hand-holding. • Genuine interest in health optimisation, nutrition, fitness and biohacking. The deal • Start at ~20 h/month on retainer; with potential to scale to 40–60h • Fully remote, but Asia time-zone overlap preferred. • Competitive hourly rate.
