That’s where we come in. We’re looking for a confident, friendly cold caller to help introduce our service to businesses across the country. We’ve got the script, the training, and the call list — you bring the voice, the drive, and the ability to keep going when it gets tough. Cold calling isn’t easy, but you won’t be alone. We’re with you every step of the way. Compensation: -$20/hour starting rate -+ 5% commission on each sale of yours What You’ll Do: -Call businesses from a curated list we’ll provide -Introduce them to WeatherValet and explain the benefits -Listen, respond, and handle objections with confidence -Book follow-up calls -Log call notes and outcomes in our shared sheet What You’ll Get from Us: -A warm welcome and thorough onboarding -Practice sessions and help with objection-handling -A supportive team that’s easy to talk to and quick to help We’d Love to Work With You If You: -Are fluent in spoken and written English -Have experience with cold calling or outbound sales (especially B2B) -Are comfortable using Google Sheets and tracking call results -Stay positive, professional, and persistent -Like being part of a small but growing team Bonus Points If You: -Have sold SaaS, subscriptions or tech services before -Know anything about industries affected by weather (farming, outdoor events, trucking, etc.) -Have a sense of humor and a resilient spirit If this sounds like your kind of work, we’d love to hear from you.
