Training & Support Lead Part-Time | Remote | U.S.-Based | 50 Hours (Total) Summary The Training & Support Lead will design and deliver CMS onboarding for Charles County staff and develop clear, accessible support documentation. This includes live virtual training, creation of job aids and FAQs, and post-session guidance to help ensure County staff can independently manage the new website. The role spans Sprint 6 and Sprint 7, with preparation and delivery closely tied to layout finalization. Key Responsibilities Develop CMS training curriculum and prepare content-specific walkthroughs. Create user-friendly documentation including quick guides, FAQs, and training decks. Deliver live virtual training sessions to non-technical staff. Provide asynchronous support for Q&A and post-training clarification. Coordinate with County leadership to ensure all materials reflect branding and workflows. QUALIFICATIONS 3–5 years of experience delivering technical or CMS training to non-technical audiences. Skilled in creating easy-to-understand documentation for adult learners. Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills. Familiarity with CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress) and help desk best practices. Understanding of accessibility in training content (alt text, contrast, captioning).
