Job Description: Are you an expert in landing page psychology and persuasive copywriting? Do you know how to structure a page to maximize conversions and turn visitors into customers? If so, I want to work with you! I'm seeking a Landing Page Conversion Specialist to help me optimize my landing page for higher sales. This role is not about web design but about strategy, structure, and copywriting—ensuring every section of the page is designed to engage, persuade, and convert. About My Business: I'm a men's dating and relationship coach who helps ambitious men (ages 25-45) develop the skills to build confidence, create attraction, and cultivate lasting relationships. My coaching focuses on mindset transformation, social dynamics, and long-term dating success, empowering men to attract and maintain high-quality connections in their personal lives. Since transitioning to online coaching 7 months ago, I've grown my YouTube subscriber base to 4.6k by positioning myself as an authentic, relatable voice in the dating space. I focus on dating philosophy rather than the typical, cringey pick-up artist tactics that dominate the industry. This approach has resonated with my audience, fostering trust and connection. My core offer, currently promoted on Meta, includes access to all three of my courses and a private 1-on-1 coaching session (discovery call) after completing at least one course. The ads drive traffic to a lead magnet (free flirting ebook), and after opting in, visitors are directed to my landing page. However, this seems to be where the bottleneck occurs, and I’m looking to optimize the conversion process from here. Deliverable: Your primary task will be to conduct an audit of my existing landing page and video sales letter (VSL) and provide detailed recommendations for: Page structure – Optimizing the flow to guide visitors toward taking action. Copywriting – Enhancing messaging, headlines, and CTAs to maximize engagement and conversions. Psychological triggers – Implementing urgency, scarcity, social proof, and risk reversal to increase conversions. The goal is to provide a clear, actionable strategy for improving the page’s conversion rate optimization (CRO). What You’ll Do: - Analyze my current landing page and VSL to identify areas for improvement. - Provide a structured plan with recommendations for copy and page flow adjustments. - Write or refine key sections of copy for maximum persuasion and clarity. - Suggest additional elements that could increase conversions (e.g., testimonials, guarantees, trust signals). - Offer insights based on proven sales psychology and A/B testing principles. What I'm Looking For: - Proven experience in landing page conversion optimization and persuasive copywriting. (please have examples of CRO success ready) - Deep understanding of sales psychology, conversion funnels, and user behavior. - Ability to structure a page for clarity, persuasion, and action-taking. - Strong writing skills that communicate benefits and drive engagement. - Experience working with sales-driven pages in industries like coaching, e-commerce, or digital services is a plus. - American based and familiar with US/Canadian online culture.
